I became a personal trainer because I wanted to make a real difference in people's lives.
Over the past 26 years, I've had the privilege of helping more than 6,000 people improve their health, transform their bodies, and build confidence they never thought possible.
Early in my career, many of my clients were focused on losing weight or looking better.
But over time, I noticed something changing.
As people entered their 50s, 60s, and 70s, their goals became much bigger than fitting into smaller clothes.
They wanted the energy to travel. They wanted to play with their grandchildren.
They wanted to stay active during retirement.
Most importantly...
They wanted to remain independent.
That's when my mission evolved.
Today, my purpose isn't simply helping people lose weight.
It's helping adults over 50 build the strength, health, and confidence they need to continue living the life they love.
